Job summary
IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi is looking for a Kitchen Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate should have two to five years of experience in the casino industry and be able to troubleshoot using a multimeter.
You will be expected to disassemble and repair damaged kitchen equipment, implement inspections, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety procedures. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Qualifications
- Two to five years of related experience in the casino industry as a Kitchen Technician preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to multi-task and think/react quickly.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and repair kitchen equipment in the shop.
- Implement services and inspections on kitchen equipment.
- Respond to emergency calls and power failures.
