TEMCO– A Tech24 Company is seeking Foodservice Technicians in Biloxi, MS to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires pride in problem solving and minimizing downtime, representing the TEMCO network with professionalism.

The position includes a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and phone, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities. Flexible on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial foodservice repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Own industry standard hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operations.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Clearly communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.
