Qualifications

• Five years' experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• HVAC license is required.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles, when required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, install, replace, or repair damaged equipment, and calibrate thermostatic controls
• Install new equipment, ventilation, and ice machines; repair and replace damaged or worn equipment
• Inspect and observe the pressure of liquids and vapor with kitchen equipment to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments
• Operate company vehicles when necessary
