Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for maintaining refrigeration and kitchen equipment. The role requires repairing domestic, commercial, and industrial kitchen equipment, interpreting technical manuals, and ensuring compliance with health codes.

Qualifications

Reading, analyzing and interpreting documents, as required in maintenance and safety protocols.
Basic math used for measurements, quantities, and tolerances.
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintain refrigeration and kitchen equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Perform timely repairs on domestic, commercial and industrial kitchen equipment.
Maintain equipment logs and health code compliance.
Read schematics and troubleshoot electrical components of equipment.
Relocate equipment when required and ensure safe handling of tools and parts.
Maintain supplies and stock for efficient operation.
