Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.

• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Renewal and retention management; gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Monitor agency systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and billing issues.
