A P&C license and several years in commercial insurance are required. The position encompasses policy administration, coverage analysis, and collaboration with underwriters to deliver accurate service and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active insurance license.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Account Administration: respond to requests, process policy changes, endorsements, billing, and claims support; analyze coverage and answer questions; maintain positive client relationships.
• Renewal & Retention Management: manage expirations and renewal timelines; gather underwriting information; support renewal marketing and proposals; assist retention initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: maintain agency systems, ensure documentation completeness, monitor tasks; follow policies and compliance.
• Financial Management: assist with accounts receivable and resolve billing issues.
• Professional Development: maintain technical knowledge, participate in improvements, and uphold client service excellence.
