This position requires 3+ years of account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry, plus an active license. CIC designation is preferred and strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Account Administration: Respond to client service requests, process policy changes, billing requests, and claims support.
• Renewal & Retention Management: Manage expirations, gather underwriting information, prepare renewals, support marketing and renewals.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain agency systems, ensure documentation is accurate, monitor tasks for timely completion.
• Financial Management: Assist with accounts receivable and resolve billing issues.
• Professional Development: Maintain insurance knowledge and pursue improvements.
