The role supports renewals, coverage questions, and billing while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely service delivery. The role offers growth in Account Management with opportunities at multiple levels and requires 5+ years of insurance experience and an active P&C license.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day client service and policy administration.
• Assist with renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims support.
• Perform coverage analysis and answer policy questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
