Job summary

Hub International in Monterey, CA seeks an Assistant Account Manager to provide high-level support for commercial lines accounts. You will handle certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewal information, and client presentations while meeting daily production standards.

You will work with the Account Management team, respond to inquiries, coordinate premium financing, prepare quotes, and maintain accurate client files, contributing to strong client retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management with all account-service activities.
• Respond to policy inquiries via phone and email.
• Handle service work: certificates, policy changes, payments.
• Participate in renewal prep and generate renewal updates.
• Assist with marketing to carriers and premium financing.
• Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Maintain organized client files and update systems.
