Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Property & Casualty License required within first 6 months.
• Experience in Medical Malpractice Insurance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Account Management with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Respond to policy inquiries via phone and email; handle certificate requests and policy changes.
• Prepare renewal information, quotes and proposals; update files and systems.
• Coordinate premium financing and payment collections; assist with marketing to carriers.
