Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in California to support the account-management team with service delivery for commercial lines. You will respond to policy inquiries, handle certificates of insurance, and assist with renewal activities and client communications.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in insurance; a Property & Casualty license is due within six months. On-site work in Visalia, CA with salary $21–25/hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of insurance industry experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Property & Casualty license required within first 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Respond to policy inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with renewal preparation, renewals updates, and client communications.
• Coordinate premium financing and collection of premiums.
