Job summary

HUB International in Santa Barbara is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support commercial lines accounts, handle certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewal information, and client presentations, while meeting daily production standards.

You will work with Account Management to service accounts, respond to inquiries, assist with renewals, client payments, and maintain HUB systems, delivering professional, courteous client service.

Qualifications

• High School / GED; 1–2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent education.
• Property & Casualty license required or in progress.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management with account-service activities and renewals.
• Respond to policy inquiries by phone and email and prepare client materials.
• Process certificates of insurance, policy changes, and client payments.
• Participate in renewal preparations and coordinate premium financing when needed.
• Maintain organized files and update agency systems with accurate data.
