You will work onsite in several California locations, including San Francisco and Sacramento, contributing to high service levels and client retention while learning the insurance brokerage business.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Respond to policy inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; assist with renewal preparation and client payments.
