LONG Building Technologies is seeking a focused HVAC sales professional to identify and secure small mechanical service projects. You will market repairs, diagnose issues, and propose tailored solutions to building owners and property managers in Anchorage.

You’ll compile pricing, craft written proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sales to execution. A strong customer-service mindset and HVAC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience or equivalent in building services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory with building owners and property managers.
• Survey sites, perform cold calls, assess needs, propose HVAC solutions.
• Prepare written proposals with defined scope and pricing.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to close sales and ensure delivery.
