Byrum Heating & AC in North Carolina is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead on-site installation projects from kickoff to startup. You will mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers, set safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship on rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, and air distribution.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of installation experience, EPA Certification, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on

• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
• Leadership experience managing installation projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
• Reading blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coaching and developing Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers."
• Verifying proper airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and overall system performance.
• Performing equipment startups, testing, commissioning, and final quality inspections.
• Communicating with customers, project managers, and team members throughout the installation process.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Completing installation documentation accurately and on time.
