Job summary

Byrum Heating & AC, a NearU Company, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead commercial installation projects from kickoff to final startup. You will mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers while ensuring quality and safety on rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor sites.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HVAC installation experience, proven leadership, and an EPA certification. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required to operate the company vehicle and

Qualifications

4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
Proven leadership experience managing installation projects and mentoring team members.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
EPA Certification (required).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
Install and replace rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, and duct systems.
Read blueprints and installation plans to keep projects on schedule.
Coach Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
