Job summary

Byrum Heating & AC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead commercial installation projects from start to finish. You will mentor installers, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time.

The role requires 4+ years in HVAC installation, proven leadership, strong troubleshooting skills, and an EPA Certification. A valid driver's license and ability to work on rooftops are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience on installation projects.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
• Install and replace rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, and duct systems.
• Read blueprints and specifications to keep projects on schedule.
• Coach Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
