Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Business Development Associate – Commercial HVAC to join a high-performing sales team in Houston. You will work with Business Development Managers to drive commercial opportunities—handling quoting, follow-ups, and project coordination—while owning smaller deals and building your sales skillset.

This is a career-track role aimed at advancing to a Business Development Manager.

Formación

• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Strong communicator with contractors and business owners.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Driven to grow into a Business Development Manager role.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
• Follow up consistently with contractors, engineers, and customers.
• Manage pipeline activity and keep CRM data accurate.
• Support large, complex projects while learning the full sales cycle.
• Take ownership of smaller opportunities and help drive revenue.
• Work closely with BDMs to develop sales strategy and customer relationships.
