Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. seeks a Business Development Manager for the Commercial Segment to drive growth across Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. You will develop strategies to convert opportunities into active accounts and coordinate with field sales to deliver value and expansion.

You will lead sales calls, manage pricing and logistics, and leverage company initiatives to win new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 50–60% travel is expected.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert customer opportunities into active accounts.
• Develop sales strategy for the assigned territory to meet sales goals by following market trends.
• Conduct weekly sales calls to service existing customers and present company products to new customers.
• Develop new account conversion processes and transition plans for seamless handoffs to field teams.
• Leverage product and sustainability initiatives to deliver customer value and drive sales.
• Manage pricing, product, logistics, and execution on all projects within the territory.
• Coordinate with other field sales reps to drive sales growth.
• Possibly participate in trade organizations and local networking.
