Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Business Development Manager for luxury residential markets in the Tampa area. You will develop growth opportunities, convert prospects into active accounts, and drive sales through strategic territory planning.

Expect to work with cross-functional teams, manage pricing and logistics for projects, and travel 50–60% of the time. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are required.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge in own job discipline and strong problem solving.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert customer opportunities into active accounts.
• Develop sales strategy for assigned territory to meet sales goals.
• Conduct weekly sales calls to service existing customers and present company products.
• Coordinate with field sales to drive seamless transitions and account growth.
• Leverage product knowledge and sustainability initiatives to deliver value and drive sales.
