Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales Rep to join our team and drive new business while protecting diverse client properties from pests. You’ll leverage Orkin’s trusted brand and training to build lasting relationships, meet sales goals, and advance within a mission-driven company.

Eligible candidates will receive a competitive base plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, devices, and a robust benefits package, with training to ensure your success in a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• No experience required, though sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by providing tailored pest management solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and follow-up leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and present recommendations to customers.
