Orkin Commercial Sales is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative. Join a team backed by a near-125-year legacy, offering award-winning training and a compelling compensation package with base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You will build trusted client relationships, conduct property inspections, and propose pest-control solutions while working with a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend the best solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address questions to set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
