Orkin Commercial Sales is looking for high-energy professionals to join our team as Commercial Sales Representatives. You will sell pest control solutions to diverse industries, leveraging an iconic brand and comprehensive training to build lasting relationships with customers.

You’ll be focused on growing revenue, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional service while benefiting from a company vehicle, competitive pay, and a structured rewards program.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• Sales, prospecting or cold calling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication or customer relationship management skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and train as needed.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection results and address questions to set expectations.
