Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Commercial sales team. You will promote pest prevention solutions to diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and leverage award-winning training and a path to leadership.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) match, paid vacation/holidays, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven company that supports the community.

Formación

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in their businesses and/or homes.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct property inspections and explain findings; set expectations with customers.
