Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend the best solution for each customer’s needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an interior and exterior inspection of the customer’s commercial property and provide recommendations.
• Explain solutions and set expectations to ensure peace of mind about the pest program.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
