Job summary

Orkin is looking for an Outside Sales Rep to join the Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a renowned brand, award-winning training, and a performance-based pay plan to grow new business and protect customers’ facilities.

You’ll receive a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to leadership as you build trusted relationships and master Orkin’s pest management solutions across varied industries.

Qualifications

• No Industry Experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
