Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a trusted brand and award-winning training to sell pest management solutions to diverse industries, with a path to leadership and strong earning potential.

The role offers a company vehicle, base pay plus uncapped commissions, a robust benefits package, and ongoing training to ensure success in a recession-resistant market. No industry experience is required to start building your career.

Qualifications

• No experience required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
