• People with customer support experience in electrical service preferred.
• Ability to read and apply tariff rules to determine rates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer requests and trade allies.
• Respond promptly to resolve issues and ensure orders meet SLAs.
• Monitor work queues and review documentation for completeness.
• Determine tariff rules and prepare CIAC estimates and reconciliations.
• Coordinate and deliver service request agreements and related quotations.
• Communicate company expectations and required submittals clearly.
• Comply with company, function, and departmental policies.
