DH Pace Company, Inc. in Greensboro, NC seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to build relationships and sell commercial doors and related products and services.

You will meet with decision makers, develop opportunities, provide estimates, and manage projects from initial contact to close while leveraging CRM, and achieving sales targets in commercial/industrial markets. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with at least 3 years outside sales experience; a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Must have ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchases of commercial doors and related products/services.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Greensboro and surrounding areas.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage from initial call to close.
