DH Pace Company in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative who will build relationships and sell our range of commercial doors and related products. You will meet with decision makers, develop opportunities, and provide accurate proposals.

This role requires at least three years of outside sales experience, the ability to read blueprints/specs, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to interpret technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly desired.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and services.
• Develop sales opportunities and provide consultative solutions to customers.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities in Knoxville area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely estimates and proposals to customers.
• Manage each proposal from initial call to closing the sale and follow up on projects.
• Maintain CRM daily and support project management as needed.
