Job summary
Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Commercial Solutions Specialist to identify and develop relationships with commercial clients, including managers, contractors, engineers and developers. The role requires networking, cold calling, site visits, and the ability to manage long sales cycles while maintaining client relationships for repeat business.
You will negotiate pricing and contracts, present technical information, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain and branch production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales support experience, preferably in engineering and/or construction (foundation repair services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers and other decision-makers in construction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
- Present technical product information to meet client needs for projects.
