Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales support experience in engineering/construction preferred.
• Experience in foundation repair, construction, trades, B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and other decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
• Present technical product information related to foundations and site requirements.
• Deliver Lunch and Learn presentations and tailored proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through pipeline management and follow-ups.
