Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• Strong on-site construction experience preferred on commercial projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, ProCore, Adobe Suite, BlueBeam and JD Edwards.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Shadow project team on-site for 12 months to learn operations.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and client management tasks.
• Maintain jobsite records, submittal logs, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Support safety meetings and required safety documentation.
• Interpret basic construction drawings and coordinate with subs and vendors.
