Qualifications

Requires high school diploma; degree preferred in construction/engineering/architecture/business.
Previous on-site construction exposure is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities are essential.
Proficiency with MS Office, ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, and Adobe Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

Be onsite for the 12‑month training program, shadowing day‑to‑day project operations.
Participate in performance reviews on a 4‑month cadence and meet development goals.
Follow guidance from Futures Program Sponsor and demonstrate core professional skills.
Assist in budget management, scheduling updates, QS tasks, and coordination with subs and vendors.
