Job summary

Truist in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Sales and Service Support Specialist to back Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff, handling pipeline accuracy, onboarding, client communications, and data integrity across CRM.

You will assist in loan and deposit servicing, portfolio management, and ensure compliance with Reg B/BSA; strong MS Office skills and communication are essential; this is a regular, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support to Relationship Managers and teams, including pipeline accuracy and client communication.
• Assist in loan, deposit and fee services workflows, including documentation and onboarding.
• Support portfolio management and data reporting to ensure CRM data accuracy and timely follow-up.
