• Sales Support: assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, calls, onboarding deposits and Treasury onboarding; maintain CRM data.
• Service Support: provide client service for Commercial loans, deposits and fee services; assist in fraud resolution and payments processing.
• Loan Support: help with loan processing, documentation, and compliance with regulations; assist in collection activities and past-due monitoring.
