Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales and Service Support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in a busy commercial banking portfolio in Warminster, PA. The role covers sales support, service support, and loan processing across clients from mid-market segments.

You will help maintain CRM data, prepare client communications, process deposits and treasury onboarding, and support portfolio growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years of related financial services experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills with clients
• Ability to complete CCS training curriculum
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Sales support for Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy, call prep and onboarding tasks.
• Provide superior service support for Commercial loan and deposit activity.
• Assist in loan processing, documentation, payments and research to resolve issues.
• Support portfolio management and data reporting for client accounts.
