Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Client Support Specialist to provide sales, service and loan support across Commercial client portfolios. You will assist Relationship Managers, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate CRM and reporting data.

Responsibilities include servicing loans and deposits, onboarding clients, and aiding in regulatory compliance (Reg B, BSA/AML). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call prep, and onboarding deposit accounts.
• Support portfolio growth by recognizing referral opportunities and collaborating with IRM partners.
• Pull necessary reports, attend meetings, and communicate clearly within the team.
• Provide superior client service and resolve client needs and requests timely.
• Assist in servicing Commercial loans, deposits and Treasury-related functions.
• Monitor portfolio data and assist with accurate client assignments and reporting.
• Support loan processes and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., Reg B, BSA/AML).
• Assist in problem loan management and collections by monitoring past due reports and contacting clients.
