Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Sales, Service and Loan Support role within the Commercial Banking team in the United States. You will support Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff across client portfolios valued up to $500MM.

Under supervision, duties include pipeline validation, onboarding, and maintenance of client data, while collaborating with internal partners to drive portfolio growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma and related training.
• Three years of related experience in financial services preferred.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, service and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff and Sales Leaders.
• Assist with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, onboarding deposits and Treasury onboarding.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth by coordinating with RM and IRM partners.
