Job summary

Truist Bank in the United States seeks a Sales, Service and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff across client portfolios worth $10-500MM in annual sales.

The role covers sales support, client service, and loan process assistance with emphasis on accuracy, timely responses, and regulatory compliance. Prior CCS experience is advantageous; strong MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers and teams, including pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client communications.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth by identifying referrals and coordinating with IRM partners.
• Provide superior client service and assist in servicing Commercial loans, deposits and fee services.
• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management and reports to ensure accurate client data.
