Job summary

Truist in Houston seeks a Sales, Service and Loan Support specialist to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff across client portfolios. You will handle pipeline accuracy, onboarding, reporting and loan processing tasks to support business growth.

Responsibilities include delivering superior client service, processing deposits and loans, maintaining accurate data in CRM and coordinating with team members to resolve issues and support portfolio management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client communications.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth, coordinating with RM and IRM partners.
• Assist in servicing Commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including forms, documentation, and processing.
