Job summary

Truist is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Credit Sales Support professional to assist bankers, CRE credit staff, and Sales Leaders managing client portfolios. You will help with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and CRM data while supporting portfolio growth.

The role emphasizes client service, loan and deposit servicing, and compliance with Reg B, BSA/AML. Regular 1st shift in the United States; base salary discussed with experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core CCS courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers by providing sales support and maintaining CRM data.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth through referrals.
• Provide reports, attend meetings, and communicate within the team.
• Provide superior client service and assist in servicing CRE loans and deposits.
• Assist with portfolio management and ensure accurate client data.
• Assist bankers with general loan support and regulatory compliance.
