Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Sales, Service, and Loan Support professional for our Commercial Banking team in Orlando. You will assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client outreach, while supporting servicing of loans, deposits, and treasury tasks.

In this role you will pull reports, attend meetings, ensure client data accuracy, and help maintain regulatory compliance across Reg B and BSA/AML.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Mangers by providing sales support and client contact activities
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth with referrals and data sharing
• Support banker team by pulling reports and attending meetings
• Provide superior client service and resolve client needs promptly
• Assist in servicing commercial loans, deposits and related fee services
• Assist with portfolio management and data accuracy
• Deliver accurate loan information and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support collection and past-due processes as needed
