Job summary

Citizens Business Bank seeks a Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of Commercial and Commercial Real Estate clients, driving loans, deposits and related banking products. The role supports department sales and service to retain existing relationships and cultivate new ones.

Responsibilities include policy compliance, budget participation, and promoting The Citizens Experience to external and internal customers. Extensive client interaction and cross‑sell opportunities are expected.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university program degree; or 3–5 years Commercial Real Estate or Banking experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial/Commercial Real Estate clients.
• Drive loans, deposits and other Citizens Bank products for clients.
• Collaborate to retain existing relationships and grow new ones.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, laws, and CRA objectives.
• Participate in departmental functions to meet earnings and growth goals.
• Manage personal sales efforts to achieve department targets.
• Promote The Citizens Experience to clients and colleagues.
