Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager in Pasadena, CA. You will manage a portfolio of Commercial clients, building strong relationships that generate loans and deposits while leveraging a full suite of banking products.

You will help guide Center sales, service and budgeting initiatives to achieve earnings goals. The role emphasizes CRA compliance, teamwork and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Four year college or university program degree; or three to five years Commercial Banking experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial clients and develop strong business relationships that lead to loans (Commercial and Industrial), deposits and other banking products.
• Support Center sales and service efforts to retain existing relationships and grow new ones.
• Assist with Center budget to ensure deposit, loan and net income goals are met.
• Follow Bank policies, CRA objectives, and audit procedures across Center operations.
• Drive personal sales to meet Center goals and deliver The Citizens Experience Customer Service.
