Qualifications

• 4+ year degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of commercial business development techniques and credit decisions.
• Business development and sales ability.
• Developing network of outside referral sources for new business.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow loans, deposits, and fees through new business development and cross-selling.
• Make sales calls and coordinate sales efforts with internal partners.
• Provide credit analysis to support loan decisions.
• Negotiate terms and communicate decisions to customers.
• Lead relationship management for a portfolio/geography.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and improve the customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to meet customer needs with innovative products/solutions.
• Develop referrals to internal bank partners to meet customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of market, customers, and economic factors.
