You will partner with clients to understand financial needs and mitigate risk while leveraging internal credit knowledge. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong relationship management and sales aptitude.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• With direction, acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well‑being and increasing engagement.
• Builds a network to acquire new clients and present the full range of bank products.
• Analyzes credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.
