Job summary

PNC Financial Services seeks a Relationship Manager for its Business Banking team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will grow client relationships, manage credit and non-credit products, and align solutions with client financial needs.

3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
Acquires/expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Focuses on client opportunities by understanding client needs and financial well-being and increases client engagement.
Builds internal/external networks to acquire/expand clients and present full range of PNC products.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals.
