Job summary

TD Bank's Coral Springs location seeks a Small Business Banker II to deepen relationships with existing Small Business customers and expand solutions across TD's suite of banking products.

You will conduct customer assessments within 30 days of onboarding, coordinate with Relationship Managers, and drive sales, referrals, and timely credit decisions in a dynamic, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of related experience in banking or small business lending.
• Four years of calling and lending or credit support at the small business level.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed marketing goals.
• Ability to analyze personal and business financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships with existing Small Business customers within a territory.
• Conduct early customer assessments within 30 days of onboarding.
• Generate sales and referrals to bank partners to meet business needs.
• Manage loan portfolios and oversee origination, structuring, and closing of SB loans.
• Collaborate with Stores, RMLM, and Credit Center to ensure timely responses.
