Job summary

Ground Pros Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to grow our Chicagoland commercial landscape and snow/ice services.

You will build relationships with property decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to drive new business. Reporting to the President, you will manage a robust CRM, craft proposals, and coordinate with Operations for seamless handoffs after contracts are executed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to initiate conversations and build relationships.
• Experience with prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage target market by identifying commercial properties and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and site visits.
• Collaborate with Estimator for takeoffs and pricing during proposals.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and negotiate terms.
• Lead post-sale handoffs to Operations and Account Manager.
